The orchids I spent $180 sending to one of the designers I work with needed to be very specific. I saw a photo and they were perfect- all one color orchid -- a chartreuse. They were delivered and the designer was very happy with them but when she sent me a photo they were mixed with white. If something was going to be different from the photo I would have liked to be informed. Everyone was happy with them but there was a very specific reason I was sending her all one color. All good just next time let your customer know if what they paid for wasn't going to be exactly what they ordered. Other than that they were delivered in a timely manner and I was made aware they had arrived as soon as they did.
